We’re proud to be home to the only Modbar in the North East. A more precise, design-led way of brewing that allows us to focus on consistency, quality, and a more open, connected experience at the bar.

Our coffee is sourced through Hermanos, who work directly with farmers across Colombia.

Founded by Victor and Santiago Gamboa alongside Adnan Millwala, Hermanos is built on long-term relationships, fair support, and a genuine commitment to protecting the communities they work with. Their focus on learning, transparency, and anticipating challenges like climate change is something we’re proud to stand behind.
